PERSONAL INTERESTS

Helena is committed to social causes and is the co-author of the “Search for Jabulani,” a children’s book by the Grannies on Safari adventurers. In her spare time, she and her children are inventors of sustainable beauty products.

 

BIOGRAPHY

Helena developed the strategy for Cummins that sustains its position as a global leader in development of businesses leading to the Billion Dollar Roundtable (BDR) corporate membership.

After joining Cummins as a senior attorney, Helena specialized in commercial transactions and international business matters following 16 years of practicing law with Grant Thornton, a global accounting firm as in-house counsel.

Helena and her family reside in Indianapolis, IN. With a love of the outdoors, she is active in both the Indianapolis, IN and Newport, OR communities.
