BIOGRAPHY

Worked with Michael Moffitt to revise the 3rd edition of “Examples and Explanations, Dispute Resolution.

Studied data privacy law, earning a position at Vacasa, where he wrote their internal Data Privacy Policy.

In the process of publishing a paper which statistically analyzes how states apply arbitration agreements versus standard contractual clauses within the scope of the Supreme Court’s Equal Treatment Principle.
